Claire Paul

PAUL, Claire, British solicitor. Her invention of a baby-bottle preparation device ranked high in 1998 innovation competitions. The device solves the problem of speedily getting the baby’s bottle to the right temperature, without cooling and heating cycles that delay availability. It is mainly of value at night-time when a bottle-fed baby is screaming and speed is important. The device is electrical and operated by a button, hygienically safe because of method simplicity. Production models will have a steam sterilisation unit built into them. No more fiddling with cold bottles in the early hours while the baby is screaming away.
